Congratulations to our first female #tpoker winner Monyarrasco, who took her chip lead to the final table and never looked back. We were reliably informed that she was, 'A girl and a damn good player' and this performance does much to prove that point. Appropriately for season 2 week 2 she wins $222 for first place. This was Monyarrasco's first Twitter Poker League game and with 20 points she's just 1 point behind last week's winner taketime.
1323 players entered the tourney, and with many new faces in the money none of last week's league leaders could gain any advantage. We'll stay on the lookout for potential winners throughout the coming weeks.
